Learn how to make pasta with James Beard nominee Myles Anton at The Franklin! The downtown Traverse City event takes place April 10. You’ll study behind the scenes in their basement kitchen and be spoiled by The Franklin’s culinary team. The exclusive two and a half hour class includes food tasting, paired beverages, recipes to take home, and hands-on experience making pasta.
The class is on April 10 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person and the class is limited to 10 students.
