Meet the Foodie: Erick Outcalt

The stylish sales and marketing brains behind Brys Estate, Indiana native Erick Outcalt met his partner, Patrick Brys, in Santa Barbara while working for legendary designer Rose Tarlow. An incendiary grilled cheese incident swore Erick off cooking, but he is a master of making reservations driven by artful comfort food and great service. In addition to being on a first name basis with servers and chefs all over the North, Erick has enthusiastically eaten his way through Athens, Casablanca, Paris, Venice and Sevilla among others. Next stop, Istanbul.
