Let Black Star Farms help you get into the holiday spirit with their December Harvest Dinner this Saturday, December 12 at 6:30 p.m. The dinner features seasonal ingredients in each of the six courses, which are expertly paired with Black Star Farms’ wines or spirits.
The creative farmstead cuisine for their monthly dinners is inspired by the best local, seasonal ingredients sourced from Northern Michigan farms along with their own Leelanau County farm in Suttons Bay. This weekend’s Northern Michigan food event features chestnuts. The sweet and earthy nut will be creatively incorporated into each of the six courses. Executive Chef Jonathan Dayton and Event Coordinator Stephanie Wiitala say it’s a holiday event you will remember forever!
Tickets are $100 and include six courses expertly paired with Black Star Farms wines or spirits. Tickets are limited to 40 guests. The price includes tax and gratuity.
