This unforgettable Northern Michigan wine dinner event takes place at Grand Traverse Resort’s Aerie Restaurant in Acme and features wine from Old Mission Peninsula’s Bowers Harbor Vineyard.
Each four-course dish prepared by Chef Mark Hamper will be paired with wine or cider from Bowers Harbor. Guests will also learn the fascinating history of the vineyard from one of their very own representatives and truly master how to recognize the flavor enhancement between a particular glass and one unique dish.
