On Sunday, February 8, 2015, brunch is coming to Morsels Espresso + Edibles, a specialty bakery, coffee shop and cafe located in downtown Traverse City.

Heather McKitrick, formerly of The Cooks’ House and 9 Bean Rows, will be the featured brunch chef, helping to create the menu and prepare dishes each week. Morsels’ Sunday Brunch will feature an all-new menu for the café, with several specials changing week-to-week. A selection of egg and meat based dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Menu items will all be made in-house with as many Michigan produced products as possible, consistent with Morsels’ weekday food menu. The shop’s regular breakfast and lunch menu will be available Monday through Saturday, and the new Brunch menu available on Sundays through April.

Morsels Espresso + Edibles, owned and operated by local couple, Jeff and Misha Neidorfler, offers a selection of specialty, hand-crafted, bite-sized desserts and savory treats, along with breakfast and lunch, and features coffee and tea from Direct Trade coffee pioneers, Intelligentsia Coffee and Kilogram Tea.
