The new YMCA in Traverse City had its grand opening on September 22, 2014, and since then the Y’s popularity has only been rising. They currently have more than 1800 new members with additional members joining daily. The new YMCA is bright, clean, expansive and offers a lot of different activities and options for families, couples, singles and kids.

MyNorth’s Eliza Foster checked in at the Y and got a tour of the new place. Scroll through the pictures to get a look at some shots of inside the Y, but then visit it in person! Pictures don’t do it justice.
