During the Traverse City Area Yarn Hop Shop, eight different yarn shops around the Traverse City area will highlight unique yarns and patterns, offer discounts, refreshments and ideas for handmade holiday gifts. Here’s how the Traverse Area Yarn Shop Hop works:
Purchase a $5 passport (available at any of the participating yarn shops) and get an exclusive logo tote bag available Wednesday, September 24th, while supplies last. Stamp your passport at all eight shops and you’ll be eligible to win one of three Grand Prize Baskets, which each include a $20 gift certificate to all eight shops and several other exclusive prizes. All yarn shops will be open from 10 am to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 26 th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 27th and 12 noon to 4 pm on Sunday, September 28th.
