With groom Dan being stationed in Traverse City’s Coast Guard Station, he and bride Rebecca knew that a nautical themed wedding was only fitting, and the ceremony’s location was an easy decision: The Open Space adjacent to West Grand Traverse Bay near Traverse City. With green grass underfoot, a stunning view of West Bay to the north, Old Mission Peninsula to the east, Leelanau Peninsula to the west, and Traverse City to the South, the Open Space offers space and comfort despite being at the center of it all.
