Traverse City Microbrews: The man who introduced local-favorite Right Brain Brewery now offers another place to hit the hops. With the brew scene bursting in Traverse City, Brewery Terra Firma claims its identity as the region's first farm-to-table watering hole. Jeff Smith, Editor of Traverse, Northern Michigan's Magazine peeks inside the north's new pub in his blog:
"The brewery will grow hops onsite and raise other vegetables to add flavor to the fermentation. I recently had a tour of the new digs by management crew Josh Janowiak, Charles Kinzel and John Niedermaier. Inviting space, great beer. We suggest checking it out."
