Northern Michigan Events: It's time for fall color tours and harvest festivals in Northern Michigan! Here's a round-up of Northern Michigan events going on this October in the Cadillac area.

Fall Color Tour

Weeks 1, 2, 3 & 4 of October

The first week of October starts the Fall Color Tour season in the Cadillac Area Huron Manistee National Forest, with weeks two and three typically seeing the peak color with blazing reds and oranges. Here are four different fall color tours you can choose from to see it all: Tour #1 is approximately 20 miles around the Lakes of Cadillac and Mitchell, Tour #2 is approximately 63 miles taking you from Cadillac to Mesick and back, Tour #3 is approx 64 miles taking you south of Cadillac through rolling Northern Michigan hills and fallscapes and Tour #4 is approx 37 miles taking you to Manton and looping through Lake City and then back to Cadillac.  Maps are available at the Cadillac Area Visitors Bureau, at all CAVB lodging facilities, and online at cadillacmichigan.com.

Hudson Farm Fall Festival

Take your kids to the Hudson Farm Fall Festival for all things fall.
