Northern Michigan: Fustini's Oils and Vinegars, a local artisan shop with stores in Holland, Ann Arbor, Petoskey and downtown Traverse City, announces release of their new cookbook, How Fustinis Do Fustini's, a sequel to their top-selling In the Kitchen with Fustini's cookbook.
This companion cookbook includes pages of extraordinary recipes created by everyday cooks and features how-to's for entire meals. You'll learn great ways to "gourmet-up" appetizers, soups, breads, eggs, salads and dressings, meats, poultry and fish, potatoes, pastas and grains, vegetables, and desserts. 30 different oils and 30 different vinegars are spotlighted throughout this great cookbook.
In celebration of the arrival of How Fustinis Do Fustini's, each store will offer a special book signing party for shoppers to meet Jim Milligan, Fustini's Oils and Vinegars owner, and have their cookbook personally signed. Additionally, each location will donate 15% of total sales that day to a local non-profit.
The events will each run from 2 pm to 6 pm on the following dates:
- October 9 – Kerrytown, Ann Arbor, Benefiting Food Gatherers
- October 10 – 8th Street, Holland, Benefiting Hospice of Holland
- October 11 – Front Street, Traverse City, Benefiting Food Rescue of Northwest Michigan
- October 12 – Howard Street, Petoskey, Benefiting Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity
Special Offer: Purchase the cookbook and a 2-bottle pairing for only $49.85! This offer is available in-store and online! Already stocked up on oils and vinegars? You can purchase the cookbook separately for just $24.95.
