Traverse City Events: Join the Dennos Museum in "Supporting the Future" on June 16 from 7-10 PM at the Dennos Museum Center in Traverse City. All proceeds from the event benefit Northwestern Michigan College's scholarship that was founded by the local chapter of Veterans for Peace.
This Traverse City event will be on the last day of the exhibit "The Art in War," photographs by U.S. Marine Benjamin Busch. There will also be a silent auction including mountain lodging, airline tickets, golf packages, jewelry and more. Entertainment will include The Traverse City West String Band and the Steve Little Trio and there will also be food and a cash bar.
