Northern Michigan Kids: Learn about the history and meaning of the Presidential Seal at Raven Hill Discovery Center in East Jordan this Presidents' Day weekend.
Experience the only place in northern lower Michigan where children and adults can link science, history and the arts with hands-on activities and explorations both indoors and outdoors. Located in East Jordan, Raven Hill Discovery Center offers an exciting learning environment where all ages can learn, create, grow and play.
Raven Hill Discovery Center has even more to offer your family this weekend with special projects and extended hours in honor of Presidents’ Day. Celebrate all weekend long from noon to 4:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, February 17-20.
Visitors are invited to learn about the history and meaning of the Presidential Seal and Presidential Flag, then participate in a special project by designing their own Personal or Family Seal or Flag!
Admission to Raven Hill is $8 per person (free for babies who stay in backpacks or strollers) and includes indoor, hands-on exhibits and exotic animal sessions, as well as outdoor exhibits. The Presidents' Day activity is $3 per person over and above the admission cost.
