Northern Michigan Events: "Queen of the Summer Novel", Elin Hilderbrand will visit Northern Michigan from August 17th to August 18th for a series of author events in order to promote her New York Times bestselling novel, Silver Girl, as well as to connect with her loyal Northern Michigan fans. The acclaimed author will discuss topics such as the re-imagining of real-life events inspired by the main character of Silver Girl, her ability to handle controversial and sensitive topics in a work of fiction with tact and compassion, as well as the act of balancing her writing career with her career as a mother. These events offer the opportunity to get to know the critically acclaimed author on a personal level–a real treat for the avid reader.
