Traverse City Events: Live music, art, craft food and beverages and a special event for families are all on tap this weekend at The Good Work Collective, a new gallery space in Old Town in downtown Traverse City.
Founded by Northern Michigan’s Porterhouse Productions in the space formerly occupied by Pregger’s on Union Street in Traverse City, The Good Work Collective is an "all-inclusive community gathering space and art gallery" devoted to hosting a variety of local arts and music events in Traverse City. Opened earlier this month, the venue kicks off its full slate of programming this weekend with partnership events with the Downtown Development Authority and Traverse City Wine & Art Festival, as well as a Saturday evening concert starring a variety of renowned musicians from the Midwest and beyond.
