Fustini’s Oils & Vinegars, located in Traverse City, is pairing up with Stafford’s Perry Hotel in downtown Petoskey to create a unique evening of fantastic flavors. The "Flavors of Fall Tasting Dinner" will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010. This, the second dinner the two have put on together, featuring Stafford’s menu items paired with Fustini’s oils and vinegars. This October dinner highlights the tastes of fall, including dishes made with pumpkin, sweat potatoes, rack of lamb and more.
