Are you a woodworker, seamstress—maybe a candlestick maker? Whatever it is you make, if you make it all yourself, here’s the chance to sell your crafts at the first-ever Traverse City Makers Market, September 18, 2010 at InsideOut Gallery in Traverse City’s Warehouse District. But you only have until July 1 to get in your application.

The Traverse City Makers Market is a juried, one-day show featuring handmade art and crafts. Selections will be made with the goal of creating a well-rounded, independent show and applicants will be chosen based on originality and craftsmanship. All items must be handmade, and what you show us must be in the same family as what you are selling. Absolutely NO resale, imported or mass-produced items will be considered or allowed at this event.

For those accepted into the show, display spaces are 8’ x 8’ and may be shared by two people. Chairs and one 30” x 96” table will be provided per space. Vendors are responsible for any additional tables/display. There are 30 spaces available. Spaces are $40, with a $10 application fee.

All applications must be received by July 1, 2010. Applicants will be notified regarding acceptance by August 1, 2010.  For more information and to enter, follow this link. https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=117347468281194&index=1
