Take in an evening of new folk music this Saturday, June 27, at the Inside Out Gallery in Traverse City. Americana meets experimentation, and blues and soul make their influence felt when headliners Ann Arbor–based Anna Ash and the Family Tree take the stage, along with guests Breathe Owl Breathe and Traverse City natives the Photographers. Don’t miss this opportunity to enjoy a big helping of homegrown Michigan music.

The concert starts at 8 p.m.; doors open an hour before. Tickets are $12 general admission, $10 for students and $15 at the door. Call 231-929-3254 or visit insideoutgallery.com for more information. The Inside Out Gallery is at 229 Garland St., one block north of Front Street, in Traverse City.

Added bonus: the Photographers and locals the Phunk Putties will play a free show Friday, June 26, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the patio outside Morsels Bakery in Traverse City. Morsels is on the corner of Front Street and Cass Street in downtown Traverse City.
