Saturday, January 24, from noon to 4 p.m. three of the North’s finest microbreweries—North Peak, Right Brain and Short’s—are toting their specialties down the steps at North Peak to Kilkenny’s for tasting. And you, hophead, are invited. The occasion is Brewer’s Mardi Gras—a kind of warm up to the big event on February 24. Besides 15, count ’em, beers to taste, Kilkenny’s will be dishing up bowls of seafood boil. Eat, drink, be happy and listen to Jay Kott singing the blues.
