Boyne City Bakery

Chef Gildas Berrou was born and raised in Quimper, France. Gildas was taught by his mother at a young age how to make crêpes and at the age of 16, began his education and apprenticeship as a bread baker and has baked with some of France’s best bread chefs. Today, Gildas and his wife, Tara, are making croissants, scones, bread, quiche, soups and more at Boyne City Bakery.
