Many are asking, so the answer is here: the Boyne Highlands slopes are re-opening as originally scheduled. Lifts will be turning, and slopes will be groomed to welcome you starting at 9am on Friday, Dec 16!

Boyne Highlands ResortAs many may know, the resort’s Main Lodge hotel was damaged by fire over the weekend. Work will continue on that, but it doesn’t impact snow conditions, terrain access or the skiing and riding experience offered at Boyne Highlands Resort.

Boyne Highlands Resort recognizes that the interest is especially high since Friday is 6-for-1 Day… the annual celebration which pays homage to America’s first six person, high-speed chairlift, which is still spinning at Boyne Mountain. Delighting skiers with six tickets for the price of one is a tradition Boyne Highlands look forward to every season.

The snowmaking crew gets back to it this evening and the resort will re-open with expanded terrain. Dining and bar options will be available, plus lodging in the Bartley House, Heather Highlands Inn or any of the other condominiums/townhouses/rental homes that are available . (Reservations can be made online).
