Walloon Wassail


  • 2 cups Friske Orchards apple cider
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • ½ cup cherry or pomegranate juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 15 cloves


Combine ingredients in a 2-quart pot, bring mixture to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Ladle into mugs and serve. Serves six.
