Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced basil
- 1 teaspoons fresh minced oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 red peppers
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 small summer squash
- 2 red onions
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes, skewer and grill. Skewer and grill with cubes of lamb, if desired.
