Summer Vegetable Marinade for Grill

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced basil
  • 1 teaspoons fresh minced oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 small summer squash
  • 2 red onions

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate for 30 minutes, skewer and grill. Skewer and grill with cubes of lamb, if desired.
