Spicy Fresh Summer Salsa

Yield: About 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 5 small orange bell peppers, fine diced
  • 1 1/2 pints sungold tomatoes, fine diced
  • 1/4 white onion, fine diced
  • 2 red jalapeƱos, seeded and fine diced
  • 3 Hungarian wax peppers, seeded and fine diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 ounce extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Mix all items together. Adjust for salt. Serve chilled.
