1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 15oz canned white beans, 1 drained, 1 not
16oz can of chopped tomatoes
1 cup fresh baked or canned pumpkin
4oz chopped canned green chilis
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cocoa
Heat oil in pan. Brown onions, garlic and beef. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot!
