Facility: Aero Med – TRAVERSE CITY, MI
Department: Billable – Nfam
Classification: Full-time with Benefits (A1)
Operates an NFAM or Aero Med aircraft, and maintains authority for decision making regarding acceptance of flights as it relates to safety, mechanical and weather conditions. Assists and supports leadership in all aspects regarding corporate policy and actions. Performs duties as specified in the NFAM/Aero Med General Operations Manual, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Operations Specifications (OPSPECs).
Experience – Helicopter Pilots: Two thousand hours helicopter flight experience, One thousand five hundred hours Pilot in Command with at least 200 hours unaided night, as Pilot in Command
Licenses – FAA Commercial Rotorcraft / Helicopter License with Instrument endorsement
Current Class I or Class II FAA physical
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, with ratings for Rotocraft-Helicopter within 2 years of hire
Valid U.S. Passport or in the process of obtaining
Experience – EMS experience ,FAA part 135 experience
Licenses – Previous experience in aeromedical transport, IFR and night operations
