The Field Service Foreman is responsible for the supervision of Field Technicians, safety performance and the performance of tasks throughout the duration of a project. The position offers overtime opportunity paid at time and a half and the ability to travel nationwide on the company dime!
Â Key Responsibilities:
â¢Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
â¢Allocate manpower, organize crews and delegate job responsibilities
â¢Allocate and verify that the appropriate equipment is available and on-site to complete the project/job
â¢Manage safety performance and reporting
â¢Train and mentor Field Technicians
â¢Because of the emergency response and operational nature of the position, it will require some on-call availability. This could also include week-ends and holidays
â¢5+ years of environmental field operations experience preferred
â¢2+ Supervisory experience Preferred
â¢Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed
â¢Ability to travel overnight and be out 4-5 week at a time
â¢Waste water treatment knowledge and experience preferred
â¢Proficient in Microsoft based applications, Ex. Word, outlook, and Excel.
â¢Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
