Our team is growing, and we are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about working with our clients. The Client Executive role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to build a business. Specifically, the responsibilities of the Client Executive will be to service and maintain existing accounts, while identifying opportunities for increasing business.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead internal and external account expectations by executing HUB’s value proposition

  • Integrate HUB resources to meet needs demonstrated by each account

  • Effectively transition and stabilize accounts transferred from originator or exiting Producer

  • Produce organic growth through new, profitable accounts, as well as cross-selling and account rounding existing accounts

  • Defend and support MWE culture and values

  • Retain a minimum 95% of book

  • Assist originators in closing in combination with your new business sales up to individual shadow goal of $70,000

  • Grow book over a 2 year book roll in excess of 10% of book managed

  • Develop and execute service plan on all accounts over $5,000 in revenue

  • Complete exposure reviews on all accounts over $5,000 in revenue

  • Lead all internal and external account strategy and renewal meeting

  • Communicate consistently across all channels to the expectations of each account and provide regular updates

  • Continue to learn and understand carrier appetite while assisting in developing underwriting story

  • Participate in monthly TBT meetings, sales meetings, and ongoing sales and development training

  • Notify Manager of any loss greater than $1,000 in revenue

  • Continue to develop expertise and/or niche in channel and actively participate in at least one Association focused in desire expertise and/or niche

What you offer us:

  • 7+ years of Employee Benefits experience, preferably within an agency

  • Current Life & Health Producer’s License

  • Four year college degree preferred

  • Strong ability to listen and prioritize with clients, colleagues, and carrier representatives

  • Above average written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
