JOB SUMMARYLead business planning by supporting the area s operational performance while maintaining accurate financial control and asset protection.  Responsible for business analysis, capital planning, budget forecasting, and financial oversight.  Execute strategic business planning, organization and controls to lead business improvements.  Partners to plan and evaluate capital needs for development and expansion .  Implement and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery aligned with region initiatives and expectations.  MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceLead the business planning for appropriate areaOversee all business analysis, capital planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly reportsResponsible for  financial controls, including processing of accounts payable, cash management, accrual creation and other controls related to safeguarding assetsInterface with and coordinate Audit Services activity for compliance purposesConduct operations audits of all offices and ensure all operations are in compliance with company policies Plan budgets and forecasts and manage operational expensesProvide guidance on the performance of CPE recovery, deployment and standardizationResponsible for inventory usage analysis, including CPE and the repair evaluations Responsible for area s  IS department functions to ensure billing system s quality of information, including addition of homes passed, status of serviceability, and additional plant related information Responsible for Fleet and Facilities management across the appropriate area Responsible for CPE recovery, WIP/check in process, and warehouse, inventory management and controls Perform other duties as requestedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong business planning and forecasting skillsStrong analytic, organizational, and problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to focus on overall strategy along with excellent attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlinesSolid financial management skills, including financial statements, forecasting, budgeting planning and a keen commercial sense of businessStrong knowledge of budget preparation, variance analysis and strategic planningEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related equivalent experience Related Work Experience                                                                                        Number of Years                                                  Business analysis and planning                                                                                               8+                Financial control, budget and forecasting                                                                           8+Management experience                                                                                                         5+PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and KnowledgeStrong knowledge of MIS and reporting systemsKnowledge in acquisition processWORKING CONDITIONSOffice environmentTravel as required
