About Administrative Assistant

Grand Traverse Construction, an established Northern Michigan Commercial Construction company is seeking to add a member to our office administration team.   This position can be part time or full time depending on the successful applicant; minimum weekly hours shall be 24 and should not be considered less than 4 days per week.

Pleasant demeanor and strong communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors is a must.   General office skills, Microsoft Office 365, accuracy, attention to detail, organization, problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize will all be considered strong contributing attributes for our candidate.    The office administration member will answer phones, emails, greet clients, applicants and provide support to various staff members.

Benefits include Health Care coverage, 401k, and paid vacation, for this hourly position should it be full time, (40 hours).   Competitive hourly wage without benefits will be paid should the candidate prefer part time.
