Job Description

Top Grand Traverse area companies are currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistants for full time temporary positions with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Answering and directing phones, welcoming guests, managing and creating documents, typing correspondence, taking board meeting minutes, managing social media accounts for client engagement, maintaining clean and welcoming front office area, creating presentations for administrators, data entry, processing purchase orders, invoicing clients, collecting and processing employee expense reports.

Skills and Qualifications: detail oriented, operate independently, energetic, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), SharePoint knowledge a plus; possess at least two years of administrative assistant work experience; Associates degree or equivalent through work experience; Intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with CRM software.
