THOMPSONVILLE: Michigan Legacy Art Park presents Winter Sounds, an outdoor holiday concert featuring Benzie Central High School Chamber Choir. This family-friendly event will take place at 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 17 at the Art Park’s forest amphitheater.
Guests can look forward to a short winter hike on a trail lit by luminaries, a bonfire with hot chocolate, a delightful performance by area teens, and a unique holiday experience to remember. A $10 suggested donation will benefit Michigan Legacy Art Park and the Benzie Central Choral Program. Upon arrival, guests can guide themselves to the amphitheater located ¼-mile from the trailhead. Dress for winter weather.
Michigan Legacy Art Park, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located on a 30-acre preserve leased by Crystal Mountain, is open daily, year-round. The Art Park features over forty outdoor sculptures that celebrate Michigan’s culture and history along nearly two miles of wooded hiking trails.
