Come learn how to can strawberry jam, make freezer jam, and dehydrate strawberries; or if you know how, come join in the fun of preserving food in a group setting. Organic strawberries, organic cane sugar, pectin, canning jars and lids will be provided. Each participant will prepare and can jam hands-on and take home a share of the jars at the end of the workshop. There will be a freezer jam and dehydration demo, take-home info and resources available.
