The first step in organic certification is creating a farm systems plan. That first step can be intimidating, but the record keeping can help you become a better farm manager. In this interactive workshop instructor Larry Dyer explains the USDA National Organic Program (NOP), requirements for transitioning to organic, and drafting an organic systems plan. After class, he will consult individually with farmers.  $20/person or $30/farm
