Understand the growing cycles of your favorite herbs, annuals and perennials, and how to create a long-lasting beautiful, nourishing herb garden. Instructor Gretchen VanLoozen, UM Environmental Science, is an organic and biodynamic farmer and energy medicine Practitioner. Joseph VanLoozen is a garden designer and landscaper and an organic and biodynamic farmer.
