Lake Michigan Water Levels: A Historical Perspective with Roger Gauthier.

As former regional head of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and current chair of Restore Our Water International, Mr. Gauthier is an expert on Great Lakes hydrology, hydraulics and related economic and environmental changes. This promises to be a robust discussion about the history of lake levels, government approaches and citizen impact, as well as answers to frequently asked questions.

Everyone is welcome. Further information: 231.264.0618
