Learn to recreate your favorite Chinese takeout dishes at home with simple techniques and fresh ingredients. In this class, filled with tips and stories, we’ll explore a sampling of delicious dishes that celebrate the history of Chinese food in America.
In this interactive and hands on class, you will learn how to make potstickers & eggrolls along with stir-fried rice, pickled cucumber salad, and kung pao chicken. Recipes and aprons will be provided along with a generous portion of the dishes we create!
