Join Chateau Chantal’s Chef Reuben Rosales & other local guest chefs for an afternoon of fun cooking creation and wine enjoyment.¬†Each hands-on cooking experience will leave you with a new mastery of your kitchen and its tools and ingredients. After preparing your menu items, enjoy tasting Chateau Chantal wines alongside your creations.

Become French for a day as Chef Reuben Rosales walks with you through classics like salmon en croute with saffron cream sauce, ratatouille, baked Camembert with herbs and baguette topped with dried cranberries and nuts, moules marinieres (mussels in garlic white wine sauce), pan seared foie gras, coq au vin, and chocolate mousse.
