Become French for a day as Chef Reuben Rosales walks with you through classics like salmon en croute with saffron cream sauce, ratatouille, baked Camembert with herbs and baguette topped with dried cranberries and nuts, moules marinieres (mussels in garlic white wine sauce), pan seared foie gras, coq au vin, and chocolate mousse.
