Each hands-on cooking experience will leave you with a new mastery of your kitchen and its tools and ingredients. After preparing your menu items, enjoy tasting Chateau Chantal wines alongside your creations.

We take the hard part — tempering chocolate — and do it for you. After a lesson in tempering, we jump right to the fun of chocolate design! Decorate using professional molds and then choose your fillings from our delicious choices — which include ganaches, caramel and inserts (nuts, dried fruit, sea salt, etc). Everyone leaves with a box of their own custom-designed chocolates rivaling those from any chocolate shop, except you were the chocolatier!
Artisanne uses fair trade, GMO-free, high-quality chocolates that contain no soy. All other ingredients are organic and/or locally grown without pesticides.
