The Bay Harbor Ice and Spice Festival is January 16, 2015 at 4 pm to January 17 at 9 pm in the Village at Bay Harbor. The festival is sanctioned by the National Ice Carving Association and Bay Harbor is one of the stops on the National Tournament of Champions for Ice Carving. Professional and Amateur Divisions of carvers who travel here from across the country and Canada will win medals and cash prizes of over $12,000. Watch as these amazing artists turn blocks of ice into works of art!

This is a fabulous fun-filled event for the entire family with many festivities planned throughout the weekend. A Chili Cook Off will be hosted by the Bay Harbor Foundation from 1pm – 3pm. Taste the culinary creations in both professional and amateur divisions and vote for your favorite. Prizes will be awarded for best chili in both divisions!

Find Frosty Contest for kids will take place Saturday from 10am – 4pm in the Village at Bay Harbor for a chance to win Apple products. The Michigan Stiltwalker will be here on Saturday from 10am – 6pm twisting balloons and entertaining adults and kids alike.

A spectacular fireworks show will take place on Saturday evening after the medals and cash awards are given out to our carvers.
