We welcome back Chef Jeremy from Petoskey’s Palette Bistro! He will discuss what “ancient grains” are and emphasize the versatility and healthful qualities of these heirloom plants. He will make a soup; a variation of a quinoa “burger” that is on Palette Bistro menu, a composed salad, quinoa tabbouleh; baked biscuit/scone.
