Stories From Standing Rock, ND: The League of Women Voters Leelanau County will host activists Holly Bird, Kareen Lewis and Belinda Bardwell, three Northern Michigan women who have been at the water protection actions at Standing Rock, North Dakota numerous times. They will provide their accounts and updates of the efforts to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL). The event will be at Bayside Coffee & Tea at 310 St. Joseph St., Suttons Bay. Space is limited to 45. A hat will be passed for donations for their efforts. Lunch and drinks may be purchased. February 19 at 2 p.m
