Both dinner seatings sold out! But you can still try Kim Ryan’s specialty dish at home. Here’s the recipe. Plus, more awesome foodie events below you can still get tickets to.

On January 21 a collection of chefs from seasons 15 & 16 of Hell’s Kitchen, Fox’s hit reality show, will be preparing dinner at the Parlor, in Traverse City. Two seatings, at 5:30 and 8 p.m. are available. The evening begins with a champagne toast with all five chefs who will also greet guests and introduce the dinner.

The six-course gourmet dinner features a specialty dish from each chef. While Traverse City’s own Kim Ryan is still deciding what dish she’ll make, Kimberly Roth is set on sushi bowl, Hassan Musselmani’s has decided on an Indian-inspired brisket, Koop Wynkoop is thinking a seasonal fish and Wendy Mendez plans an elegant pastry for dessert.

Eric Patterson, co-chef and co-owner of Traverse City’s Cooks’ House, will host the evening—guiding the dining experience, introducing each course and its creator and explaining how the beverage pairings compliment the food in unique ways.

As the dinner proceeds, there will be chances to win great prizes from both Hell’s Kitchen and The Parlor. There will also be time to take photos with your favorite chef and have them autograph your menus!
