Beginning this month, Executive Chef Cole Thornton will host a new Black Star Farms Cooking Class & Dinner series in the commercial kitchen at Hearth & Vine Cafe in Suttons Bay.
Learn new cooking techniques and then enjoy the delicious masterpiece you’ve created paired with one of Black Star’s award-winning wines. Class size is limited to 10 people to allow for the best hands-on learning in the kitchen. October’s theme will be fresh handmade pasta.
Each month, Black Star Farms also hosts a Harvest Dinner at the Black Star Inn inviting travelers from near and far to enjoy a freshly prepared meal sourced from Northern Michigan ingredients. Get a taste of the dinner series in this MyNorth Media video.
Tickets to the first Black Star Farms Cooking Class and Dinner available on MyNorthTickets.com.Â
