How to Decorate Cookies Class with Ruthann’s in Bellaire

A new type of foodie class is coming to Northern Michigan this month! Bellaire baker, Ruthie Dexter, is a pro at making cookies in Northern Michigan. Her recipes have been featured in Traverse, Northern Michigan’s Magazine. And she’s known for her beautiful baked goods taking the spotlight at corporate events and weddings. But this January, she’s sharing her 26 years of decorating expertise with those willing to learn.
