Great Lakes Culinary Institute Traverse City Event

TRAVERSE CITY: Tickets are on sale for an annual Traverse City event, the Great Lakes Great Chefs dinner, benefitting Northwestern Michigan College’s Great Lakes Culinary Institute on Friday, November 6.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. with cocktails, champagne, and a raw bar on the Great Lakes Campus catwalk. Then the Traverse City event moves to Lobdell’s Teaching Restaurant for five amazing courses and a spectacular view.

Guest chefs include:

Chris Hoffman from The Towne Plaza in Traverse City
Joseph George from Lochenheath in Williamsburg
Dan Flynn from Barrel Back Inn in Walloon Lake
James Bloomfield and Jeff Butzow of Fish Lads in Grand Rapids

Tickets are $95 per person and can be purchased online or by calling (231) 995-1021.

Proceeds from this event will be used to bring talented chefs and others from the culinary world to the Great Lakes Culinary Institute to teach and work side by side with students. The Traverse City event is presented by the Great Lakes Culinary Institute and Superior Foods.
