Cash prizes are awarded to the three biggest fish in each age bracket, adult and youth, as are bragging rights to the fisherman/woman wielding the largest pike. 5th Annual Tight Lines for Troops in Manistee
On Friday, May 16th and Saturday the 17th, this charity fishing tournament in Manistee helps disabled veterans have fun at no expense to them, and is a small token of gratitude for their outstanding service to our country. In addition to the charter boat fishing opportunities, the Pier, Shore and River Division has expanded to include opportunities for veterans to fish from the pier or go wading and canoeing on the beautiful Manistee river. All the awards and gifts provided are available to both divisions. Manistee, 231.723.3282, TightLinesForTroops.com.
