Free sushi-making class at Traverse City‘s Little Fleet is taught under Sous Chef Anie Driscoll of Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. The kitchen extraordinaire behind Aeire Restaurant and Lounge will guide her sushi-making students through a step-by-step tutorial on Thursday, January 16, 7-9pm.
This event is open to the public and there is no fee to participate. Drink specials provided by The Little Fleet will include premium sake and Japanese-inspired cocktails.

Dinner with Loma Farms: January 17th. 7:30pm. Nick and Sara come down to the Little Fleet to serve up their extra fancy organic vegetables and homegrown chicken. Enjoy a 4 course meal complete with Big Soup di Loma! $35 per person. Reservations are required.
