Marinas

Boyne City has a 42-slip municipal marina and new 24-slip One Water Marina. Between the two marinas, Boyne City boasts an ample supply of broadside shopper’s dockage and plenty of additional transient slips for any size vessel. Our municipal marina is surrounded by beautiful Veteran’s Park, which hosts several festivals and events throughout the summer, including the best Farmers Market in northern Michigan every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. While staying in the city marina you’ll find everything you need within walking distance – shopping, laundry facilities, restaurants, gas stations, bakery, bait store, pharmacy, and a marine store.  Boyne City also offers two separate boat launches to serve boaters.

Boyne Mountain, a part of the Boyne USA ski-dom, is just six miles from Boyne City. Find 60 runs, 500 foot vertical and lodging that comes in all shapes and sizes. Zip lines, dog sled rides, full service spa. Yep, your winter getaway is waiting.

Avalanche Preserve Recreation Area

300 plus acres of woodland located on the southern border of Boyne City,  with hiking, biking, skiing, skating, jogging and snowmobiling. 231.582.6597.
